By purchasing a 1-on-1 mentorship session with Joyee Yang Finance, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of the mentorship service, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations made after the allowed rescheduling window.

2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens.
If you need to reschedule your session, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
To reschedule, email us at [email protected] with your order information and preferred new date/time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed for the exact same week.

3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice or without requesting a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
